Features include French-window patio doors, central heating, double glazing, 32" televisions and ipod docking stations. Ask about our "teen-pods" when booking - a twin bedroom that converts to mini-lounge with it's own TV point.
38x12ft caravan with 2 bedrooms, central heating, double glazing and french doors opening onto it's own private wooden terrace. The main bedroom is a palatial 12ft wide room with a private bathroom (including a small bath) and a second bathroom for the party sleeping in the twin room. The lounge has a 2 piece freestanding suite rather than typical bench seats. Sleeps four, sorry no pets.

The Grand Court is a 38x12ft caravan with 3 bedrooms, central heating, double glazing and french doors opening onto a private raised terrace that overlooks our central lawns and the woodland valley. Sleeps six, sorry no pets.

Luxury Lawnside - 2 and 3 bedroom
Updated for 2014 - A van for those who are looking for beautiful luxurious accommodation. Enjoy pride of place at the top of the park, in our two bedroomed 38 x 12ft caravans, or for the larger family relax in a three bedroomed version on the valleyside. Both styles have french doors that open onto the main lawn leading from the generous lounges. With modern interior including open-plan kitchen/lounge and freestanding furniture. Sleeps four and six respectively, sorry no pets.
A two bedroomed 35 x 12ft van, ideal for those seeking the utmost comfort on their caravan holiday with a generous and comfortable open-plan lounge and kitchen area, and french doors that open onto the main lawns. In the Summer, step through the windows and revel in the sunshine on your own picnic bench. In the winter, draw back the curtains, enjoy a glass of wine, and watch the sun set in the West through the double glazing with the central heating on! Sleeps 4, sorry no pets.
Traditionally one of our best caravans, it is highly popular due to it's open layout, summer atmosphere and location offering exceptional views of the park. The double bedroom has an en-suite toilet facility, and there is also a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. The caravan has double glazing and central heating. The tiled roof and patio doors create the finishing touches for a special holiday - but there is only one! Sleeps 4, sorry no pets. (35' x 12').

2 Bedroom Parkhome
Our fully furnished holiday chalets are parkhomes built to residential standards with double glazing and central heating (except , see bottom of page). Some of the touches you will enjoy include baths as well as showers, full size fridge-freezers, a separate eating area with dining furniture and a free standing 3 piece suite. Outside, a small private garden has a picnic bench and loan barbecues are available. Each chalet is unique in its layout, garden style and view. Sleeps 4, some allow pets.
3 Bedroom Parkhome
Sharing the same facilites available in the 2 bedroom chalets, except of course, for the extra single bedroom that allows for a maximum occupancy of 5, allows pets.

Our ever popular and best-selling caravans - ideal for a couple looking for a low-season break. These "Willerby Westmorland" caraans set the standards where others followed and our "Summer Fours" have two bedrooms to sleep four. They have bright modern fittings and a lounge entirely surrounded by windows to enjoy the sunshine and the views. These vans have electric panel heaters.
Our 3 bedroomed "Willerby Westmorlands" are the Summer Fours bug sister - slightly larger and offering a third bedroom. One double & two twin-bedrooms sleep six in comfort with heating by individual electric heating - either wall mounted panel heaters or concealed hot air vents. The w.c & shower room are in separate rooms to help sort the early morning logistics of getting to the beach.
Meadow View (pets allowed)
These are our most favoured pet-friendly vans. They are a large van (32ft x 12ft plan size) but have an even greater feeling of 'space' and 'light' - possibly due to the large bay window - but are kept cosy with central heating and double glazing. A double and a twin bedroom sleeps four but we also allow use of the lounge bed to bring the maximum occupancy to six - plus pets of you wish. These are the caravans closest to the footpath down to the dog friendly beach.
Formerly known as Regency vans, our Valley caravans offer relaxing stays in comfortable Willerby Caravans. The interior woodwork is of an elegant mahogany finish and they have central heating and double glazing. Two bedrooms sleep four in a double and twin room, and with the use of the lounge bed there is the capacity to sleep six. Pets are allowed.
Chalet 4 - Badger's Run
We offer this chalet out at a discounted rate as the interior is dated and the bungalow does not have central heating. Electric panel heaters and an electric fire in the lounge wil keep you warm and it also has two of the most generously sized bedrooms available on the park, perfect for those wishing to keep a travel cot in the double bedroom with them. It enjoys the same comforts as the other chalets,- a fitted kitchen with gas oven, fridge&freezer, a dining area and a 3 piece lounge suite, in addition to a private garden area and furniture. If you wish to book chalet 4 you will need to do so by telephone as it has lower rates, and will need to be specifically requested. Allows pets, sleeps 4.

Arrivals and Departures in our Holiday Caravans
Please be aware your arrival time is 3pm during our busy times (usually Mid July to Septembe 1st). Out of Season we MAY be able to arrange an earlier check-in time, but we must emphasize this will need to be arranged as early as possible, and then confirmed just before your holiday begins and it cannot be guarateed due to cleaners schedules and customers leaving late. On your day of departure, check-out is to be no later than 10am. Out of Season we may be able to relax this rule, but this will need to be discussed before your departure date. If we have already arranged for cleaners and maintenance staff it will usually be too late to change it.
