Situated at the top of a valley side in unspoilt Cornish countryside, you will be in the most idyllic surroundings for a countryside camping holiday. Imagine opening your tent door in the morning to long unspoilt views over Cornish Countryside all the way down the long green Lanherne valley towards Mawgan Porth Beach(see the panorama above).- and if you are the first up, you will probably see the Heron flying off after their early morning trout fishing in the Menahyl River and maybe even the flash of a dawn kingfisher.

"Mum" will be happy too as you are just over the road from our reception area with access to all of Sun Haven Valleys' modern facilities, - comfort on the doorstep that doesn't interfere with that natural-campsite feeling ; five star loos, wash up area, laundry, - all with free hot water - ,TV & games room, playground, shop, campers fridge, ice-pack freezer, microwaves, hair dryers and private hireable bathrooms are all a short walk away.

Whilst our "summer field" is not part of our main campsite you are no further from the main facilities than you would be in the camping field and you will find that many of your neighbours are our "regulars" who choose the "Open Park" in preference to the main camping field.

This summer facility is for tents and camper vans only, and there is mains water but no electric hook-ups. Generators NOT allowed as this area tends to be even quieter than our main campsite. There are no tent size restrictions ( within reason !) and £15.00/night covers 2 adults, one car & one tent. Please see "tariff" for extras. All our site rules - silence at 10.30 / dogs on leads / children back at tent by 10pm will all apply.
