Sun Haven's Holiday
Caravans
Sun Haven Valley's well appointed
holiday caravans sit on the sloping side of the valley,
overlooking the large open central lawns left free
for family games & for the children to play on and
affording great views of the surrounding countryside
and woodland.
Our "Summer" range of caravans are "Willerby Westmorlands",
probably the best caravans you will ever find in a
hired holiday caravans for their quality of finishes,
furnishings and layout .
Features of our Holiday Caravans and self catering Chalets
All our accommodation , holiday caravans & self-catering lodges, are fully furnished and have an equipped kitchen (with
oven, gas hob, larder fridge, & microwave, pots, pans
cutlery etc,) a dining area, a lounge with gas fire,
& TV; a bathroom/shower, an outside picnic bench
& a rotary clothes-line.
Each caravan has a DVD player and a 7 or 8 channel
digital quality TV plus an outdoor picnic bench and
an area in which to sit and soak up the peace & quiet.
We hold a stock of loan barbecues to save you bringing
your own.
Gas & electric is included in all units. Pillows & duvets
(&/or blankets) & are provided to all units
and bed linen (Sheets; pillowcases & duvet covers)
can be hired - which includes us making the beds ready
for your arrival. Children of all ages are included
in maximum occpancy if they require a cot or a bed
UNLESS specifically agreed before booking.
From May to September our campsite's spacious, heated,
five-star winning shower block is usually open and
is available for use by all holiday-makers.
Please note that smoking
is not permitted in any of the accommodation & dogs
are not allowed in any caravan unless pre-booked in
the specified accommodation. The maximum occupancy includes ALL occupants of the caravan and may not be exceeded.
The Bungalows & Caravans
We have a range of bungalows and "parkhomes"
& caravans & to suit all tastes from 2 bedrooms
caravans in a basic 28ftx10 , up to the spacious luxury
of double glazed, centrally heated 38x12ft caravan;
some with an en-suite; and including 35x12ft 3 bedroom
caravans for the family or the "double sized" 35x21ft
Lodges.

The Luxury Caravans
| Grand Manor
The top of the range; New for 2012; it's a 38x12ft caravan with 2 bedrooms, central heating, double
glazing and french doors opening onto our central
lawns. The main bedroom is a palatial 12ft wide room with a private bathroom (including a small bath) and a second bathroom for the family sleeping in the twin room. The lounge has a 2 piece suite rather than the bench seats usually found in caravans. Sleeps four, no pets allowed.For further details and pictures see - Grand Manor |
Grand Court
Very much the best you can find in a holiday
caravan for hire. The Grand Court is a 38x12ft
caravan with 3 bedrooms, central heating, double
glazing and french doors opening onto a private
raised terrace that looks down on our central
lawns and the wooded valley. Sleeps six, no

The Luxury Lawnside Caravans New for 2012 - A two bedroomed van for those who want to enjoy the most sumptuous accommodation. In the pride ofplace across the top of the park and adjacent to a tarmac road, these are two bedroomed 38 x 12ft caravans (our largest 2 bedroomed vans) have french doors that open onto the main lawns.Sit in a traditional free-standing 3 piece suite and Open the curtainson the french doors to look out acroos the park and the valley's countryside. The Lawnside Caravans A two bedroomed van for those who want the best in comfort on their caravan holiday. Two bedrooms, 35 x 12 and french doors that open onto the main lawns, or in the winter you can just draw back the curtains, enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun sink in the West through the double glazing with the central heating on ! Manor Lodge Traditionally one of our best caravans, it is highly popular due to it's open plan layout, summery atmosphere and the location. The double bedroom has an en-suite toilet facility, and there is also a twin bedroom and a family bathroom and the caravan is double glazed and central heated. The tiled roof and patio doors from lounge area in the side of the caravan give the finishing touches for a special holiday - but there is only one (no23 on the plan). The Bungalows
2 Bed Chalet Bungalow Our fully furnished holiday chalets are parkhomes built to residential standards with double glazing & central heating (except "Badgers Run" - no 4). Approximately twice the size of a caravan some of the touches you will enjoy are a bath as well as a shower, a separate eating area with dining table & chairs and a free standing 3 piece suite. Outside a small private garden has a picnic bench and loan barbecues are available.

Summer 6 Caravans Our quickest seller for a family summer holiday. "Willerby Westmorland" caravans for the highest quality having 1 double & 2 twin-bedrooms sleep six in comfort with heating by individual electric heating - either wall mounted panel heaters or concealed hot air vents. "Meadow View" Caravans ( pets allowed) These are a very much liked, large, roomy caravan with central heating and double glazing to keep you cosy and a big bay window to let in lots of light. A 32ft x 12ft plan size makes it a large caravan for two bedrooms, and to give you the best of both worlds we also allow use of the lounge bed to bring the maximum occupancy to six - plus pets of you wish. These caravans are situated close to the parks footpath down to the dog friendly beach.9,

The Value Caravans
SunHaven's "Valley" Caravans These are a very popular, but standard family caravan, sized at 28x10ft on the West side of the park. They sleep six people by use of the lounge bed and we allow pets. There is a ceiling panel heater in the double bedrooms. - 28

Family 5 Holiday Caravans The family five caravans, whilst sleeping only five (2 bedrooms and single bed in the lounge) have a slightly better layout and there are panel heaters in both the double bedrooms and the bathroom. There are vans on both East & West sides of the park and pets are allowed. (28ft x10ft) 7, ,

"Family 6" Caravans These are three & two bedroom caravans to sleep six (by use of thel lounge bed in the two bedroomed van), which are 34x10 for the three and 34x12 for the two bedroom.
